At Nevermind Jewels, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered safely, promptly, and with care. Below is our detailed shipping policy to keep you informed.

1. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship across India.

2. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery pieces may take 3–7 business days to process.

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time
  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days (may vary based on location).

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, Nevermind Jewels will share a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event of a delay beyond the expected delivery window or a lost package, please reach out to us at nevermindjewels13@gmail.com or call +91-7389541310.
Our team will promptly assist you to resolve the issue.

6. Packaging
  • All products are carefully packed in protective boxes to avoid damage during transit.

  • Please do not accept any package that appears open or tampered with at the time of delivery.

7. Additional Shipping Charges for Defective/Wrong Items (Return Shipping)
  • Forward shipping for all orders is free.

  • In case you receive a defective or wrong product, the item is eligible for exchange only.

  • Return shipping charges for sending the defective/wrong item back to us must be borne by the customer as per actual courier rates.

  • Once the defective item is received and verified, the replacement will be shipped without any extra charge.
