At Nevermind Jewels, we take great care in delivering high-quality jewelry that you’ll love. Each piece is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or wrong product, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Policy
  • There is no return of products.
    We offer exchange only in case of a defective or wrong product delivered, and only with a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

  • You must raise an exchange request within 3–4 working days of receiving your order.

  • To request an exchange, email us at nevermindjewels13@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A full, uninterrupted unboxing video as proof

  • Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the defective item.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Shipping for Exchange
  • Forward shipping is free for all orders.

  • In case of a defective or wrong product delivered,
    return shipping charges must be borne by the customer as per actuals.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are not applicable, except in cases where:

    • The ordered item is out of stock, or

    • The product is damaged beyond exchange and verified through the unboxing video.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Size issues

    • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Additional Information
  • Return shipping details will be shared once your exchange request is approved.

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless defective.
