At Nevermind Jewels, we take great care in delivering high-quality jewelry that you’ll love. Each piece is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or wrong product, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Exchange Policy

There is no return of products.
We offer exchange only in case of a defective or wrong product delivered, and only with a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue. -
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

You must raise an exchange request within 3–4 working days of receiving your order.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the defective item.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Shipping for Exchange

Forward shipping is free for all orders.

In case of a defective or wrong product delivered,
return shipping charges must be borne by the customer as per actuals.

The product is damaged beyond exchange and verified through the unboxing video.
